AI consulting & implementation
Put AI to work.
Measured in time saved, money saved or quality lifted.
We find the work in your business that AI can take on, set it up inside the tools your team already uses, and stay on to keep it working.
Bring one piece of repeat work. We'll go through it with you live, show where AI could take it on, and suggest a first step. Free, no obligation.
Where AI helps
Repeat work looks the same in every business.
Five places we often start. The details change by industry; the pattern doesn't.
Enquiries and follow-up
- Today
- Enquiries arrive by email, phone and web form, wait in inboxes, and follow-up depends on someone remembering.
- With AI put to work
- Every enquiry is captured and sorted, a first reply is drafted for a person to check, and follow-ups are scheduled.
Measured inTimeMoney
Documents in, data out
- Today
- Invoices, orders, forms and applications are read and typed into another system by hand.
- With AI put to work
- The details are pulled out and checked against your rules. A person approves anything that doesn't fit.
Measured inTimeQuality
Reports that build themselves
- Today
- Someone spends hours each week copying numbers from several systems into a spreadsheet.
- With AI put to work
- The report assembles itself from the source data on schedule, with a plain-English summary for review.
Measured inTime
Answers from your own knowledge
- Today
- Staff ask the same questions of the same people. Procedures sit in folders nobody searches.
- With AI put to work
- An assistant answers from documents you've approved and shows where each answer came from.
Measured inTimeQuality
Approvals and handovers
- Today
- Requests stall in inboxes and nobody can see what's waiting on whom.
- With AI put to work
- Each request is routed, the approver reminded and the decision recorded, in one place.
Measured inTimeQuality
Most of this runs inside the tools you already pay for. Where no tool fits, we build a small internal app for your team.
How it works
Three stages. You decide after each one.
Start with a free 30-minute audit, then the assessment. Go further only if the numbers support it.
000°
Assessment
Find where AI pays
We look at how work moves through your business and rank where AI would save time, save money or lift quality, with the one result each would be measured on.
- Takes
- 2 weeks
- Your team
- About 4 hours
- You receive
- A written report and a walkthrough
- Price
- Fixed fee, confirmed before you commit
120°
Implementation
Put it to work
We set up the workflows you choose inside the tools your team already uses, train your people as part of the job, and build a small internal app where no tool fits.
- Scope
- Confirmed after the assessment
- Price
- Quoted for each job
- Payment
- 50% to start, 50% on your acceptance
240°
Support
Keep it working
Tools change every month. We tune what's live, keep up with the changes, add the next workflow and review the result with you.
- Commitment
- Optional
- Price
- Monthly, quoted to what's live
- Stopping
- Any time, with notice
The assessment
Find where AI pays, in two weeks.
A fixed-fee piece of work with a clear end: a written answer to where AI belongs in your business, and what it would be worth.
The free audit and the assessment are different
The free 30-minute audit looks at one workflow, live, and ends with a first step you can take. The assessment is the full version: every area you choose, measured against today's baseline, ranked, costed and written up. It's paid, and only if you decide it's worth doing.
- What we review
- How work moves through the areas you choose: who does what, in which systems, how often and how long it takes. We talk to the people who do the work and look at real examples.
- What you receive
- A written report ranking where AI pays, the one result each would be measured on (time, money or quality) against today's baseline, what it would take, and what we'd leave alone. Then a walkthrough meeting.
- Your team's time
- About 4 hours across short interviews and follow-up questions.
- How long
- Two weeks from kick-off.
- Price
- A fixed fee, confirmed in writing before you commit, paid upfront.
- What happens next
- You keep the report. If you want to go ahead, we quote the implementation of the workflows you choose. There's no obligation to continue.
If AI won't pay anywhere in the areas we look at, the report says so.
Illustrative example
How a quote request could change.
Illustrative only. This is not a client and not a measured result. It shows the method.
Today
- An enquiry lands in a shared inbox.
- It waits until someone is free to read it.
- The details are typed into the quote template by hand.
- The quote is checked and sent.
- Follow-up happens if someone remembers.
With AI put to work
- The enquiry is captured and its details pulled out automatically.
- A draft quote is prepared from your price list.
- A person checks it and sends it.
- Follow-up is scheduled, not remembered.
- Every step is recorded.
Measured on: time from enquiry to quote sent, against the baseline set in the assessment.
Before you call
What repeat work costs you today.
Three numbers, your own estimates. Nothing you type is stored or sent anywhere.
Working with us
Plain answers before you call.
One senior lead
The same senior lead runs your engagement from first call to sign-off.
One result, agreed up front
Time saved, money saved or quality lifted. Agreed before we start, reported when we finish.
Inside your tools
Set up in the systems your team already uses, and trained as part of the work.
We'll tell you when not to
If AI won't pay, we say so rather than recommend the work.
What's the difference between the free audit and the assessment?
The audit is free and takes 30 minutes. You bring one piece of repeat work; we go through it with you live, show where AI could take it on and suggest a first step. The assessment is a fixed-fee, two-week piece of work across the areas you choose, measured against today's baseline, ending in a written report and a walkthrough.
Do we have to continue after the assessment?
No. You keep the report. Implementation is quoted separately and only if you want to go ahead. Ongoing support is optional and monthly.
What does it cost?
The assessment is a fixed fee, confirmed in writing before you commit and paid upfront. Implementation is quoted for each job: 50% to start and 50% on your acceptance, with agreed milestones for larger jobs. Support is optional and quoted monthly.
What access do you need to our systems?
Only what's agreed for the work in hand, set up in your own accounts. We'll sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
Does a person check the AI's work?
Yes. A person reviews AI output before it reaches your customers or your records. Where that review sits is part of the design, not an afterthought.
How is our data handled?
Before any tool is used, we confirm its data terms with you, including where data is stored and whether it is used to train models. Nothing goes into a tool you haven't approved.
Who owns what you build, and who pays for the tools?
That's agreed in each proposal, before you commit. Some tools carry their own subscription on top of our fee; if so, the proposal names them and their cost.
Who do you work with?
Businesses of any size and industry where repeat work takes up the team's week and nobody inside owns AI.
