Privacy
This policy explains how Nextbearing, a business name of Style Rival Pty Ltd (ABN 18 165 178 745), handles personal information collected through nextbearing.au and in our work with clients.
- What we collect
- What you enter in our call request form: your name, business name, email, optional phone, what you'd like to talk about, times that suit you and how you heard about us. During an engagement, we may also collect the names, roles and work contact details of your team, and examples of your documents and records, as agreed with you.
- Website analytics
- This site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The repeat-work calculator runs in your browser and nothing you type into it is stored or sent. Our website host may record technical information, such as IP addresses, to run and secure the site.
- How we use it
- To reply to you, to assess and carry out the work you ask about, and to keep a record of our dealings with you. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
- Tools we use
- Your information is stored and processed using Base44 (our website, forms and business records), Microsoft 365 (business files) and Titan email, provided through Crazy Domains. During an engagement, we confirm the data terms of any AI or automation tool with you before using it with your information, and a person reviews AI output before it reaches your customers or your records.
- Where it's stored
- Base44 stores our website form submissions in the United States. Microsoft 365 and our email provider may store information in Australia or overseas. AI tools agreed for an engagement may process information overseas, and we tell you where before using them. So your information may be held or processed outside Australia.
- How long we keep it
- Requests that don't lead to work are deleted 12 months after our last contact with you. Client records are kept as long as needed for our work and legal obligations. At the end of an engagement, we return or delete your business information as agreed in the proposal.
- Security
- Form submissions are stored privately and are available only to authorised people at Nextbearing.
- Your choices
- You can ask to see or correct your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing office@sixgates.au.
- Questions and complaints
- Email office@sixgates.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
